At Akensupport, we help participants build the confidence, skills, and independence required to access or sustain employment opportunities. This service includes:
• Support with job-seeking skills (resumes, applications, interviews)
• Workplace readiness training
• On-the-job support and coaching
• Communication and social skills for workplace environments
• Assistance with work-related transport
• Building daily routines to align with employment goals
We work collaboratively with employment providers, allied health professionals, and employers to ensure success in both open and supported employment.
